Payment and Service Package Guidelines

Payment Options:

Building Key Solutions offers multiple payout options to accommodate our clients’ preferences:

• Direct Payment: Clients can make payments directly via our website using Stripe or Square.
• Email Payment Links: Payment can be made using Stripe or Square through payment links sent via email.
• Email Invoicing: Clients have the option to receive invoices via email, payable through Stripe or Square. Invoices are due on the 1st of the month with a 3-day grace period.

Service Packages:

We provide two Service Package options: Standard and Premium.

1. Percentage-Based Pricing: Clients can opt for a percentage-based pricing model. The Standard Package is charged at 10%, while the Premium Package is charged at 15%. The percentage is calculated based on the total income collected by the Host or Property Owner.
2. Flat Rate Pricing: Alternatively, clients can choose a flat rate pricing model. The Standard Package is set at $300.00 per month, and the Premium Package is set at $400.00 per month.

Note: The markup for the ‘Premium’ package is used to offset the cost of premium consumables made available to the guest and provided by Building Key Solutions directly. Please refer to the ‘Premium’ package pricing table for additional information.

Additionally, a ‘flex-pay’ option is available:

• Flexible rate based on booking rate, market conditions, work hours, and daily rate.
• Calculated daily, notated, and charged on a bi-weekly payout schedule.
• $100.00 minimum monthly charge for this option.

Payment Terms:

• Payment options can be changed every 90 days through a written request or form submission.
• Except for direct website payments, all transactions are manually processed.
• Payments, regardless of type, are considered commissions for services and are processed as subscriptions through Square and Stripe.
• Receipts are provided via email upon successful transaction approval.
• Rates may be subject to change, and clients will be notified at least 30 days in advance of any rate increases.
