Limited vs Premium Restock:

a) ‘Limited Restock’ refers to restocking only basic items. (See ‘Standard Defined’ for specific information).

b) ‘Premium Restock’ refers to restocking a combination of ‘basic’ items and ‘premium’ or ‘enhanced’ items. (See ‘Premium Defined’ for specific information).

(Note: The cost of the ‘restock’ is included in the fee of each respective package. Custom items may be offered at the expense of the owner or host.)

*Limited vs Advanced Marketing:

a) ‘Limited Marketing’ refers to our marketing feature which allows you to enjoy the benefits of having your listing marketed by our dedicated team of marketers. It specifically refers to our team increasing your current conversations of nightly guest stays by modifying your existing listing and enhancing them, thus attracting more customers and in turn increasing the host or owners’ profitability. We use a combination of common and innovated marketing tactics, A/B testing, and professionally captured imagery to ensure your listings are redesigned to drive an increase in guest stays. (‘Limited’ because we limit this offering to three (3) listings or platforms).

b) ‘Advanced Marketing’ includes all aspects of the above description, but without restrictions on the number of listing or platforms. Have ten listings or platforms, we assist you in managing them all, piping all the data into one easy to access and user-friendly dashboard. Maximizing your efficiency and ensuring that you’re always in the know. (‘Advanced’ because there are no limits).

**Limited vs Advanced Advertising: 

a) ‘Limited Advertising’ refers to advertising your property on additional platforms. E.g. You may already be listed on 2-3 platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO, we simply create additional listings on other platforms you are not listed on. (Limited to three (3) additional platforms).

b) ‘Advanced Advertising’ refers to the above definition, however, we you are not limited in the number of platforms we can advertise your listing on. In addition to listing your property on additional platforms, we also create a stunning website (landing page) relative to your property’s location, showcase your property and increase your property’s visibility.
